Let us introduce the form fields to you to make it understandable:
- Product Price: This field is where you will enter your product price. (Minimum: $4 - Maximum: $45)
If the selling price of your digital product is over $45, please visit our contact us page, select relevant subject and contact us via the form.
- Giveaway Quantity: This field is where you will specify the giveaway quantity you want. (Minimum: 1 Quantity - Maximum: 20 Quantity)
If you need 20 or more giveaway services for a single product, please visit our contact us page, select relevant subject and contact us via the form.
- Etsy Listing Link: This is the field where you will enter the link of the product to be giveaway.
- Listing Keyword(Optional): This is the section where you will specify which keyword you want your product to be purchased with. We always favor giveaway with the keyword that describes the product. The person who is interested in your product and wants to buy it will find and buy your product with the keyword you specify in this section. But the keywords you specify in this section should be keywords that really describe the product. For example, for “digital budget planner” or “digital planner”, general keywords such as “digital products” should not be chosen. If you do not want it with the keyword, you can request it with any social media link or any other link that leads to the product. For this, you can leave this section blank and enter the relevant link in the "Etsy Listing Link" section.
- Date(Optional): The date you want the Giveaway to take place. This is an optional option. If you do not select a date, your draw will be completed within 24 hours. But if you want the giveaway to take place on a specific date, you can specify a date. We have a large network of buyers and 95% of the time the giveaway will take place on the date you specify. We have 2 different options for specifying a date. A specific date and a date range. We will explain this with an example.
Example 1: Seller A wants to run 1 or more giveaways for product B on August 10th. For this, it is enough to click 2 times on August 10 in the date section. This giveaway transaction or transactions will take place on August 10.
Example 2: Seller B wants to run 8 giveaways for product C. For this 8 giveaways, he can choose a specific date as stated in Example 1 and choose 8 giveaways on the same date. He can also choose a specific date range to complete 8 giveaways in a 4-day period. If he wants it to be completed in a 4-day period, he should choose between August 10 and 13.
- Add Listing: If you want to add more than one listing, you can click this button and enter the details of the other listing.
- Remove Listing: If you have added more than one listing, you can remove the listing by clicking this button under the listing you want to remove.
- Calculation Summary: It shows a summary of the information you have entered in the fields on the form.
- Payment Amount: The total amount you will pay us for the service.
For example, for a $5 product, the total amount you will pay us for the service is $13.65. When you pay us $13.65, the person who will buy your product will pay $5 when purchasing the product. This $5 will be deposited into your bank account after Etsy fees are deducted.
After the calculation, you can fill in your contact information and request a giveaway by clicking the “Create Request” button. When we receive the form, we will send a payment link to your e-mail address that you will specify in the form field as soon as possible. After payment, if you have specified a date in the request form, we will process it on the date you specify. If you have not specified a date, we will process it within 24 hours.
